We believe in the quality of our products and hope you enjoy them without any worries. That’s why we are proud to offer a 1-year limited warranty on our Starfill pillows.

 

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturer defects and damages. If you encounter any quality or performance issues with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

 

How does it work?

It's simple. If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty within the first year of purchasing your Starfill pillow, (start your claim below). We will work with you to resolve the issue - your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Abnormal use.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the pillow resulting in defects such as burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
  • Long-term exposure to low temperatures that may cause materials to tear or become permanently deformed.
  • Improper care of the pillow leading to mold, dirt, stains, odors, or bedbug infestation.
  • Any claims not made for the benefit of the original purchaser.
  • Any pillow (whether manufactured by Starfill or not) sold by an unauthorized Starfill Sleep dealer at the time of purchase.
  • Any pillow sold "as is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "comfort return," "returned," "previously owned," or any other similar wording indicating the pillow is not "new" or of "first quality," or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

 

Your Responsibilities

To make a claim under this warranty, please send: 1) a brief written description and photos of the issue or condition you believe constitutes a defect; and 2) proof of purchase (such as your order number or original dated sales receipt) to Starfill at hello@starfill.com. Before accepting any specific claim under this warranty, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require photos, additional information or descriptions, or a physical inspection of the pillow.

If return shipping is required, you will not be responsible for these costs.
