Pillow FAQ
There sure is! you have 100 nights to trial the starfill pillow. If you don't love it, let us know and we will arrange a return and full refund.
The Starfill pillow is designed to be both soft and supportive.
  • 1.Open the zipper on the outer cover.
  • 2.Open the zipper on the inner lining.
  • 3.Add or remove filling to your desired comfort level.
  • 4.Before use, close the zippers and fluff the pillow to redistribute the filling.
The better you care for your pillow, the more comfortable your sleep experience will be. Here are our recommended care instructions to keep your Starfill pillow in its best:
Daily
  • Fluff the pillow with your hands each morning to help it maintain its shape.
  • Weekly
  • Wash the pillowcase every 1-2 weeks to keep it clean.
  • Monthly
  • Tumble dry the pillow on low heat for 15-30 minutes. This will refresh your pillow and restore its loft.
  • Yearly
  • In case of spills, you can wash the pillow. We recommend washing the pillow no more than once a year.
  • Washing Instructions:
  • Secure the zipper with a safety pin to ensure it doesn't open and spill memory foam during washing.
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • Drying Instructions:
  • Dry one pillow at a time.
  • Tumble dry on low heat until the inner pillow is completely dry before use. This may take several cycles and will depend on your washer and dryer.
  • Our pillows are made entirely of brand-new materials specifically produced for your pillow, so there's no need to wash a new pillow straight out of the box. If you do wish to wash it, please follow the instructions below:
    Removable Pillow Cover
    Washing:
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • Drying:
  • Tumble dry on low heat.
  • Ensure the cover is completely dry before use.
  • Inner Pillow Liner
    Washing:
  • Secure the zipper with a safety pin to prevent it from opening and spilling memory foam during the wash.
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • Drying:
  • Dry one pillow at a time.
  • Tumble dry on low heat until the inner pillow is completely dry before use. This may take several drying cycles and can vary depending on your washer and dryer.
  • Body Pillow
    If you wish to wash your body pillow, we recommend using commercial washers and dryers.
    Washing:
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  • Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
  • Drying:
  • Tumble dry on low heat. To ensure the memory foam filling is completely dry, we recommend placing the filling in a delicate laundry bag to increase airflow and speed up the drying process. Multiple drying cycles may be needed to fully dry the pillow's contents.
  • Note:To maintain the integrity of the pillow, we do not recommend washing the pillow more than once a year. Neck Pillow Washing:
  • Only wish pillowcase
  • Do not wash memory foam, It can cause structural damage to it

    New memory foam often has a slight scent. Don't worry; you can easily reduce the smell by placing the entire pillow in the dryer on low heat for an hour or two. If you don't have a dryer, you can let the pillow air out in direct sunlight for a day or two. Remember, the new foam smell is harmless because our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified for your safety.

    It is not necessary, and in fact, it may hinder the breathability and coolness of the pillow. Our covers are also machine washable and dryable. However, if you want to personalize your pillow with different pillowcases, that is completely up to you.

    If you wish to use different pillowcases, we have listed the pillow sizes below.

  • Standard: 20 inches x 26 inches
  • Queen: 20 inches x 30 inches
  • King: 20 inches x 36 inches
  • Body: 20 inches x 54 inches
  • The depth of our king, queen, and standard pillows is approximately 6 inches but can be adjusted to your preference. The depth of our body pillows ranges from 6-10 inches but can also be adjusted to your preference.

    Yes! product is hypoallergenic because it is made from quality materials. Our fabrics are also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, so you can rest assured that they won't make your skin irritated or uncomfortable!

    Processing Time: 1-2 business days

    Delivery Time: 3-7 business days


    In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days. If you haven't received your package by the 7th business day, don't worry—it's still on its way! If your package hasn't arrived by the 10th business day, please contact us so we can begin tracking the carrier to ensure you receive your order.


    Please note that we ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends). Any orders placed before 9:30 AM Pacific Standard Time, including expedited orders, will be processed the same business day.


    *Shipping schedules and deadlines are based on estimates provided by UPS, USPS, FedEx, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or other carrier-related delays),

    Free standard shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states in the United States of America (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories).

    Please notify us as soon as possible via email at order@starfill.com. We will do our best to assist you. Please noted:

  • If your order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment center, we will be happy to update your shipping address.
  • If your order is complete but has not yet left our fulfillment center, we can help you create a new order and correct the shipping address.
  • If your order has already left our fulfillment center, unfortunately, we cannot help you change the shipping address. Please contact the courier directly to update the address.
  • If you placed your order directly through starfillsleep.com, please get in touch with our team of customer service specialists through live chat, phone, or email.
    You can cancel an order at any time before we ship it, this will not cancel the order immediately if it is already in transit. A refund request can only be initiated after you have received the item.
  • Please check with your household members or neighbors to see if anyone may have received the package.

  • Return/ Warranty

    We want everyone to get the best sleep and understand it may take a few nights, washes, and naps to experience the difference Starfillsleeping brings. With our risk-free 100-night trial and return policy, you can try Starfillsleeping products in the comfort of your home. Enjoy a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from receiving your item to request a return.


    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@restlinens.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    For our pillow products, any box can be used for returns. However, if you have the space, feel free to keep the original packaging, as it might be the easiest way to return your product to us.

    We're happy to offer a 1-year limited warranty for our pillows. To make a warranty claim, please complete our online warranty form.


    Except as otherwise agreed by Starfill (“STARFILLSLEEP”) in writing, STARFILLSLEEP pillows are warranted, to the original purchaser only, for use by the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase from starfillsleep or its authorized sellers. starfill does not warrant any pillows against defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, abnormal use, alterations, or damage caused by events beyond the control of STARFILLSLEEP. Purchase from non-authorized retailers, improper installation of filling, or failure to follow washing instructions will void the warranty. STARFILLSLEEP's warranty and liability for any claim of defect in its pillows shall be limited to the cost of the product. STARFILLSLEEP is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damage from the use of its products. Upon a customer's written request within the warranty period and upon proof of original purchase and ownership, starfill will repair or replace defective products within a reasonable time.The original term of warranty applies, without extension, for repaired or replacement products. All defective product shall be sent to STARFILLSLEEP freight prepaid by Customer in packaging appropriate to prevent damage in transit.


    If you're giving our products as gifts, please provide the lucky recipient with the order number you receive in your confirmation email. We can't verify an order or enact a warranty without this.


    Any warranty claims outside of the 50 states are responsible for shipping and any applicable duties and taxes.
