From the day you receive your Starfill pillow product, each pillow comes with a complimentary 30-night sleep trial. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Starfill product, we are more than happy to assist you.

The following products come with a 100-night money-back guarantee:

Returns must be initiated within 100 days of the purchase date. Returned products must be in their original packaging and free from any stains or damage. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are more than happy to cover the shipping costs to send the pillow to you. However, at this time, we do not cover the return shipping costs.
You can choose to have us cover the label cost at a discounted rate, which will be deducted from your refund, or you can provide your own label and ship it yourself.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. When the pillow is returned to our headquarters, our team will categorize it and donate lightly used pillows to local charities.
When you need a refund, please contact us promptly, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
- If your package is still in transit: You need to contact us as soon as you receive the package (please keep the package in its original condition, do not open it). We will arrange a return address for you, and you will need to send the product back to the address provided. We will confirm receipt of the package and arrange for your refund within 2-3 business days after confirmation. The actual refund amount will depend on the bank's processing time (you will generally receive the refund within one week).
- If you have received the package and choose to refund: You need to return the product to us. We will confirm receipt of the package (please keep the package in its original condition, do not open it), and arrange for your refund within 2-3 business days after confirmation. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to process cancellations. Please contact us at hello@starfill.com. If you wish to cancel/return a shipped item, please return the item to us, and we will issue a full refund.
Order Changes
Our fulfillment team ships orders with lightning speed. If you would like to make changes to your order, please notify us as soon as possible via email at hello@starfill.com. We will do our best to assist you. Please note:
- If your order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment center, we will be happy to update your shipping address.
- If your order has been processed but has not yet left our fulfillment center, we can help you create a new order and correct the shipping address.
- If your order has left our fulfillment center, unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please contact the courier directly to update the address.
